| Faulty goods may be returned within the guarantee period (with prior approval from My-Bathroom-Accessories.co.uk) for replacement. It may be necessary for us to return goods to our supplier for confirmation/testing before we are able to supply a replacement. All guarantees/warranties are provided on a return to base basis. |

| You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of invoice date, please see details below. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If an item is unused and in unopened original packaging it may be returned to us within the 14 day period for a full refund. If an item has been opened and is found to be faulty it will be covered by our standard warranty. Any item returned must be returned by the customer at their own cost. We cannot refund or replace if goods are lost in return transit to us. Goods may only be returned with prior approval from My-Bathroom-Accessories.co.uk. If a parcel is considered delayed or lost in transit, 15 working days must be allowed to confirm the parcel is lost by the Royal Mail before a refund or replacement can be processed.
